I am passionate about artisanal bakes that are made using traditional methods. I love and get lost in the process; but my greatest pleasure is seeing you enjoy TFBB's  creations.

I AM TFBB

The Fabulous Baker Boy was born over 20 years ago, during my final year as a Creative Director in Bangkok—a time filled with creativity and culinary inspiration.

 

Though I never received formal training in the culinary arts, cooking has always been a passion of mine. Growing up in a household of caterers, you could say that food is in my blood.

 

My five years living and working in Europe further deepened my appreciation for fresh produce and the magic that simple, high-quality ingredients can create.

In 2012, with the unwavering support of my amazing family and friends, I opened the Bakery Cafe at Fort Canning Hill. It was a dream come true, a place where I could share my love for baking with the community.

​

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, The Fabulous Baker Boy fought hard and emerged resilient. However, after three wonderful years at Aliwal Street, we made the difficult decision to close our doors at the end of 2022.

​

Now, as we approach the end of 2024, my passion for baking remains as strong as ever. The journey may have shifted, but the joy of baking continues to inspire me every day.
